I read this after reading “The Hidden Secrets & Stories of Disneyland”. The book opens by going into detail about all the secrecy Walt used to purchase the land for Walt Disney World and then continues on to reveal fun and interesting secrets about all four parks. Some of my favorites include…- How to have Main Street, U.S.A. almost entirely to myself, which would be great for pictures
- A great photo of Professor Cumulus Isobar on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- The obvious bad luck “horseshoe” omen at the entrance to the Haunted Mansion, which most people overlook
- The story about the telegraph scene in Spaceship Earth. I had no idea what the message says, but now I do! I also now know how it came to be
- All the secrets hidden in each country at Epcot. I now know how to make water dance in China by using my hands
- Some of the smaller and more subtle story elements hidden in Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Good read
This is a fantastic book! I'm in the parks all the time, and Mike does a great job at pointing out some of the best details to be found. I had a blast reading it as I walked through the Magic Kingdom today. The pictures complement the text nicely, which helps in finding some of the more hidden secrets. This is a must read for all Walt Disney World fans!
Great little book with plenty of cool secrets, the only bad part is that there are pages with only two sentences as there is an arrangement of fact per page, so I would've liked more facts but it was a fun read
